摘要
滚动功能部件自安装在数控机床后由于长时间工作会产生磨损,从而影响加工精度和工作稳定性,这就需要人们对其状态进行监测。因此,基于Wi-Fi技术和5G技术,设计了一种嵌入式工业网关,以四核高性能MCU为核心,以高效操作系统为依托,通过外设包括Wi-Fi模块和5G模块在内的无线通信模块及存储单元等部件,实现了对数控机床上滚动功能部件状态和性能参数的实时采集和无线传输,并且,为保证传输可靠,采用iptables防火墙实现目标地址转换、数据包过滤和转发,同时,为减少丢包率,采用了自适应的队列管理方法,验证了网关的相关功能并测试了传输速度及丢包率。结果表明,网关能够实现较快的传输速率和低丢包率,从而为滚动功能部件的磨损与精度保持性的在线分析提供条件。
The scrolling functional components of a CNC machine,when self⁃installed at the back of the machine,can experience wear and tear over time,which can affect machining accuracy and operational stability.Therefore,it is necessary to monitor their condition.Based on Wi⁃Fi and 5G technologies,this study designs an embedded industrial gateway with a quad⁃core high⁃performance MCU as the core and an efficient operating system as the foundation.It incorporates wireless communication modules,including Wi⁃Fi and 5G modules,as well as storage units,to realize real⁃time data acquisition and wireless transmission of the status and performance parameters of the scrolling functional components on the CNC machine.To ensure reliable transmission,the gateway adopts iptables firewall for destination address translation,packet filtering,and forwarding.Additionally,an adaptive queue management method is employed to reduce packet loss.The functionality of the gateway is validated,and transmission speed and packet loss rate are tested.The results demonstrate that the gateway achieves fast transmission rates and low packet loss,thus providing conditions for online analysis of the wear and precision maintenance of the scrolling functional components.
