摘要
聚焦建设社会主义文化强国,充分认识文化建设及精神凝聚对于推进中国式现代化的重大意义,是深化文化体制机制改革的思想前提。从厚植中国式现代化的文化基因、彰显中国式现代化的文化特征、增强中国式现代化的文化自信出发,进一步探讨文化建设如何为中国式现代化注入强大支撑力、如何培养时代新人并凝聚强大民心、如何对内对外展现独立自主形象,是推进文化体制机制改革的本质要求。为此,需要以“两个结合”为路径塑造中国式现代化的文化主体性,以文化体制机制改革为着力点充分释放文化的生命力和创造力,以完善公共文化服务体系来丰富人民精神文化需求,从而在文化自信自强的不断建构中为中国式现代化凝聚强大精神力量。
Focusing on building a strong socialist cultural nation,fully recognizing the significant importance of cultural con⁃struction and spiritual cohesion in advancing Chinese modernization is the ideological prerequisite for deepening the reform of cul⁃tural institutions and mechanisms.From the perspective of cultivating the cultural genes of Chinese modernization,manifesting the cultural characteristics of Chinese modernization,and enhancing the cultural self-confidence of Chinese modernization,it is an essential requirement for the reform of the cultural institutions and mechanisms to further explore how cultural construction can provide strong support for Chinese modernization,how to cultivate new people of the times and rally a strong popular sentiment,and how to present an independent and self-reliant image both internally and externally.To this end,it is necessary to begin with a deep understanding of the scientific connotation and significance of the“two combinations”,constantly deepen the reform of the cultural institutions and mechanisms,improve the public cultural service system,effectively release the inherent vitality and cre⁃ativity of culture,and thus pooling a strong spiritual force for Chinese modernization in the continuous construction of cultural self-confidence and self-improvement.
