生物钟基因影响男(雄)性不育及精子生成的研究进展

摘要 随着现代社会的发展、生活方式和环境因素的不断改变,男性不育发生率呈不断上升的趋势,已成为现阶段备受关注的社会卫生问题。昼夜节律紊乱、生物钟基因突变等问题会对男性生殖健康、精子质量和数量产生不利影响。本文将围绕核心生物钟基因如何调控男(雄)性生殖系统相关激素的分泌、精子生成、生物钟基因突变与男(雄)性不育症及生物钟基因核心成员对精子发生的调控等方面进行探讨和分析,以期帮助提高生物钟基因异常所致的男性生殖系统相关疾病的治疗效果,并为生物钟导向治疗男性不育提供新的思路。 With the development of modern society and continuous changes in lifestyle and environmental factors,the prevalence of male infertility shows a tendency to rise,making it a significant and pressing public health concern.Disruptions in circadian rhythms,mutations in core circadian clock genes and other issues can adversely impact male reproductive health,sperm quality and quantity.This article delves into an exploration and analysis of how core circadian clock genes regulate the secretion of hormones relevant to male reproductive system and spermatogenesis,and the precise mechanisms by which circadian clock gene mutation affects male infertility,with the aim of improving the treatment outcomes of male reproductive system-related disorders caused by circadian clock gene abnormalities and providing new avenues for circadian-based therapies for male infertility.
