摘要
生活垃圾焚烧炉渣是由生活垃圾焚烧产生的副产物,试验以生活垃圾焚烧炉渣、水泥、石子等为原材料,采用正交试验法分析炉渣混凝土的抗压强度和弹性模量,并探讨加入生活垃圾焚烧炉渣后混凝土的微观形貌变化。通过对比冻融作用下混凝土性能的变化,分析炉渣混凝土用于寒区道路工程的可行性。研究结果表明:养护时间和生活垃圾焚烧炉渣的掺量是影响混凝土力学性能的主要因素。当掺入微量炉渣时,混凝土抗压强度降低,当掺量增加,混凝土的抗压强度随之增加,但当掺量增加到一定阈值时,混凝土的抗压强度又随之下降。总的来说,在混凝土中加入适量的生活垃圾焚烧炉渣可以在保证混凝土最终强度的前提下利于混凝土早期强度的形成,最优替代率范围为33.0%~49.5%。此外,在冻融循环作用下,炉渣掺量适当的混凝土,其抗冻融耐久性明显优于普通混凝土,最优替代率范围为24.8%~41.3%。综上,生活垃圾焚烧炉渣可用作寒区道路工程混凝土骨料。
Municipal solid waste incinerator bottom ash is a by-product produced by municipal solid waste incineration.In this experiment,bottom ash,cement and stones and so on were used as raw materials,the compressive strength and elastic modulus of municipal solid waste incinerator bottom ash concrete are analyzed by orthogonal test,and the micro-morphology changes of concrete after adding municipal solid waste incinerator bottom ash are discussed.By comparing the changes of concrete performance under freeze-thaw action,the feasibility of bottom ash concrete used in cold area road engineering is analyzed.The results show that the curing time and content of municipal solid waste incinerator bottom ash are the main factors affecting the mechanical properties of concrete.When adding a small amount of bottom ash,the compressive strength of concrete decreases,while the content of bottom ash increases,the compressive strength of concrete increases.However,when the bottom ash content increases to a certain threshold,the compressive strength of concrete decreases.Generally,adding proper amount of municipal solid waste incinerator bottom ash to concrete can be beneficial to the formation of early strength of concrete under the condition of ensuring the final strength,the optimal replacement rate ranges from 33.0%to 49.5%.In addition,under the action of freeze-thaw cycle,the frost-thaw durability of concrete with proper bottom ash content is obviously better than that of ordinary concrete,and the optimal replacement rate ranges from 24.8%to 33.0%.To sum up,municipal solid waste incinerator bottom ash can be used as concrete aggregate for road engineering in cold regions.
