摘要
数字化转型能够加速效率变革、能力变革、方向变革和动力变革,对企业形成与发展新质生产力意义深远。文章基于2010—2022年中国A股上市企业数据,实证分析数字化转型对企业新质生产力的影响效应及作用机制。研究结果显示:数字化转型能够显著促进企业新质生产力发展,该结论经过多重稳健性检验后仍旧成立;在数字化转型影响企业新质生产力的过程中,资源配置效率是重要的传导机制,数字化转型能够通过提升资本和劳动力配置效率推动企业新质生产力发展;创新市场活力在数字化转型影响企业新质生产力的过程中发挥调节作用,创新市场活力越高的地区,数字化转型对企业新质生产力的赋能效应越大;数字化转型对企业新质生产力的影响存在异质性,具体表现为,相较于低成长性企业、非高技术产业企业、中西部地区企业和资源型地区企业,数字化转型对高成长性企业、高技术产业企业、东部地区企业和非资源型地区企业新质生产力的提升效应更显著。
Digital transformation can accelerate efficiency change,ability change,direction change and power change,which is of far-reaching significance for the formation and development of new quality productivity.This paper is based on the data of China’s A-share listed companies from 2010 to 2022 to empirically analyze the impact and mechanism of digital transformation on new quality productivity of enterprises.The study results go as below:Digital transformation can significantly promote the development of new quality productivity of enterprises,and this conclusion is still valid after multiple robustness tests.The efficiency of resource allocation is an important transmission mechanism of digital transformation affecting the new quality productivity of enterprises.Digital transformation can improve the efficiency of capital and labor allocation,thereby promoting the development of new quality productivity of enterprises.The vitality of the innovation market plays a moderating role in the process of digital transformation affecting the new quality productivity of enterprises.The higher the vitality of the innovation market,the stronger the promotion effect of digital transformation on the new quality productivity of enterprises.The effect of digital transformation on the new quality productivity of enterprises has obvious heterogeneity.Compared with low-growth enterprises,low-tech industrial enterprises,enterprises in the central and western regions and resource-based regions,digital transformation has a more significant positive impact on the new quality productivity of high-growth enterprises,high-tech industrial enterprises,enterprises in the eastern region and non-resource-based regions.
