摘要
目的探讨儿童医疗辅导在肾病综合征患儿静脉穿刺中的效果。方法选取2019年5月至2022年5月无锡市儿童医院收治的94例肾病综合征患儿作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组,每组47例。对照组实施常规留置针健康宣教,观察组实施儿童医疗辅导干预。比较两组静脉穿刺情况、疼痛指标、疼痛程度及静脉穿刺依从性。结果观察组一次性穿刺成功率、穿刺主动配合率均高于对照组,穿刺完成时间短于对照组,哭闹率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组穿刺时哭闹持续时间、面容疼痛持续时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组疼痛程度轻于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组静脉穿刺依从性高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肾病综合征患儿静脉穿刺中实施儿童医疗辅导干预可提高一次性穿刺成功率,改善穿刺效果,减轻疼痛程度,提升静脉穿刺依从性。
Objective To explore the effect of children's medical counseling in venipuncture for children with nephrotic syndrome.Methods A total of 94 children with nephrotic syndrome admitted toWuxi Children's Hospital from May 2019 to May 2022 were selected as the research subjects,and they were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 47 cases in each group.The control group received routine indwelling needle health education,and the observation group received children's medical counseling intervention.The situation of venipuncture,pain index,pain degree and compliance of venipuncture were compared between the two groups.Results The success rate and active cooperation rate of puncture in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and puncture completion time was shorter than that in the control group,crying rate was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The duration of crying and facial pain in the observation group was shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The degree of pain in the observation group was lighter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The compliance of venipuncture in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of children's medical counseling intervention in venipuncture of children with nephrotic syndrome can increase the success rate of onetime puncture,improve the puncture effect,reduce the degree of pain,and enhance the compliance of venipuncture.
