摘要
采用纳滤和反渗透膜处理垃圾渗滤液的技术在国内外得到广泛应用,然而处理过程会产生成分复杂、难降解有机物浓度高、可生化性差的膜浓缩液,如何安全高效地处理膜浓缩液成为当前环境领域的一大难题。详细分析了国内外回灌、蒸发、膜蒸馏、混凝沉淀与电絮凝、高级氧化、三维电解及其组合工艺等膜浓缩液处理技术的研究现状,并指出目前主要处理工艺的优缺点,提出三维电解组合工艺能够有效提高废水处理效果,实现膜浓缩液的无害化处理以及资源回收利用。
In recent years,the technology of nanofiltration and reverse osmosis membrane to treat landfill leachate has been widely used at home and abroad.It is inevitable to produce membrane concentrate with complex composition,high concentration of refractory organic matter and poor biodegradability.How to treat membrane concentrate safely and efficiently has become a big problem in the current environmental field.The research status of membrane concentrate treatment technology(recharge,evaporation,membrane distillation,coagulation sedimentation and electrocoagulation,advanced oxidation,three-dimensional electrolysis and their combined processes)at home and abroad is analyzed in detail,and the advantages and disadvantages of the main processing technology at present are analyzed.It is pointed out that the combined process of three dimensional electrolysis can effectively improve the wastewater treatment effect and realize the harmless treatment and resource recovery of membrane concentrated liquid.
