摘要
试验旨在研究中草药(补气健脾养血为主)添加剂对断奶仔猪生长性能、死亡指数、腹泻指数及血清生化指标的影响。选取40日龄断奶仔猪240头,随机分为6个组(公母各半),每组5个重复,每个重复8头仔猪。各组分别饲喂基础日粮(对照组)、抗生素(试验1组)、基础日粮+0.5%中草药(试验2组)、基础日粮+1.0%中草药(试验3组)、基础日粮+1.5%中草药(试验4组)、基础日粮+2.0%中草药(试验5组)。预试期15 d,正试期49 d。结果显示:试验2、3、4组平均日增重显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。对照组与试验1组仔猪的腹泻率和病死率均显著高于其他4组(P<0.05)。各组血清中免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)含量差异不显著(P>0.05)。试验3、4、5组血清中谷丙转氨酶活性显著低于对照组(P<0.05),且试验1组与对照组间差异不显著(P>0.05)。综合比较各项指标,实践生产中,在断奶仔猪日粮中添加1.5%的复方中草药较为适宜。
The experiment aims to investigate the effects of Chinese herbal medicine additives(mainly for replenishing qi,strengthening spleen,and nourishing blood)on the growth performance,mortality index,diarrhea index,and serum biochemical indicators of weaned piglets.The two hundred and forty weaned pig-lets at 40 days of age were randomly divided into six groups(half male and half female),with five replicates in each group and eight piglets in each replicate.The control group was fed with a basic diet,test 1 group was supplemented with antibiotics on the basis of basal dietsantibiotics,while the test 2,test 3,test 4,and test 5 groups were added with 0.5%,1.0%,1.5%,and 2.0%fermented compound Chinese herbal in the diet,respectively.The pre-trial period lasted for 15 days and the experimental period lasted for 49 days.The results showed as follows:compared with the control group,the average daily gain(ADG)in test 2,test 3 and test 4 were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the diarrhea rate in control and test 1 groups were signifi-cantly higher than other four groups(P<0.05).However,we detected no significant difference in serum between the all groups with respect to the activities of the content immunoglobulin A(IgA),immunoglobulin G(IgG),and immunoglobulin M(IgM)(P>0.05).Serum alanine transaminase(ALT)activity was sig-nificantly lower in test 3,4,and 5 groups than in the control group(P<0.05),and the difference between test group 1 and the control group was not significant(P>0.05).Overall,in practical produc-tion,it is more appropriate to add 1.5%compound Chinese herbal medicine to the diet of weaned piglets.
