基于张正友标定法的系统姿态调节方法

System Attitude Adjustment Based on Zhang Zhengyou Calibration Method

摘要 数字散斑干涉测量系统已广泛应用于物体的变形测量中。理想情况下,系统光轴与待测物表面垂直,但在实际应用过程中,系统的摆放姿态及被测物的倾斜度将引起射影失真,导致测量误差。针对此问题,可使用垂直度测量仪器标定,但这将增加测量成本,且仪器光轴与测量系统光轴的平行度可能再度引入误差。因此,文章基于成像理论对射影失真的影响进行分析,提出通过张正友标定法获取旋转矩阵、计算旋转角度作为在线测量时系统光轴与待测物垂直度的判定方法,为系统的姿态调节提供参考。实验结果表明,该方法的误差可控制在±1°内。 The digital speckle pattern interferometry measurement system has been widely used in deformation measurement.In an ideal situation,the optical axis of the system is perpendicular to the surface of the object,but in practical applications,the placement posture of the system and the inclination of the object will cause projective distortion leading to measurement errors.For this issue,a verticality measuring instrument can be used for calibration,but this will increase the measurement cost,and the parallelism between the instrument's optical axis and the measurement system's optical axis may introduce errors again.Therefore,the article analyzes the impact of projective distortion based on imaging theory,and proposes a calibration method based on Zhang Zhengyou to obtain the rotation matrix and calculate the rotation angle as a judgment method for the verticality of the system's optical axis and the object during online measurement,providing reference for the attitude adjustment of the system.The experimental results show that the error of this method can be controlled within±1°.
