摘要
总结谈勇教授改邪养正法治疗SPID合并不孕的思路及临床经验。通过跟师学习,整理相关医案,从SPID的病因病机,改邪养正的治疗思路,以及补肾调周法论治特点等方面,分析谈勇教授临床治疗SPID合并不孕的临床经验,并附验案一则。谈勇教授认为SPID的病因病机为正虚为本,邪实为标,脾肾两虚,肝失疏泄,湿浊瘀血凝滞。治疗以改邪养正观为指导,立足“心-肾-子宫轴”,以心肾交合为着眼点,辅以中医外治,临床治疗SPID合并不孕效果显著,可明显改善患者临床症状体征、提高患者生育力,值得同道借鉴。
To summarize the ideas and clinical experience of Professor Tan Yong in the treatment of SPID complicated with infertility.Through learning from the teacher,sorting out relevant medical cases,and analyzing Professor Tan Yong s clinical experience in the clinical treatment of SPID complicated with infertility from the aspects of the etiology and pathogenesis of SPID,the treatment ideas of changing evil and cultivating righteousness,and the treatment characteristics of the kidney tonifying and circumferential regulation method,etc.,and attached a case examination.Professor Tan Yong believes that the etiology and pathogenesis of SPID are based on positive and false,evil and reality as the standard,spleen and kidney deficiency,liver loss and leakage,dampness,stasis and blood coagulation.The treatment is guided by the concept of changing evil and cultivating righteousness,based on the"heart-kidney-uterine axis",focusing on the combination of heart and kidney,supplemented by external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,and the clinical treatment of SPID complicated with infertility has a remarkable effect,which can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and signs of patients and improve the fertility of patients,which is worthy of learning.
