摘要
颈椎解剖结构复杂、活动范围大、灵活性高,更易发生退行性变化。颈椎病是一种由颈椎间盘退变与颈椎骨质增生共同作用导致的颈脊髓和神经受压而产生的脊柱疾病。颈椎矢状位平衡在颈椎病中发挥重要作用,保持颈椎矢状位平衡不仅可维持颈椎的稳定性,在颈椎病患者的功能康复中也具有重要意义。颈椎矢状位参数是客观记录颈椎生理曲度变化的指标,也是评价颈椎曲度变化的标准,术中精准有效地纠正颈椎矢状位参数平衡非常必要。全面了解颈椎矢状位参数在颈椎病治疗中的应用现状,可以为疾病的治疗提供证据支持。
Cervical vertebra has complex anatomical structure,wide range of motion,high flexibility,and is more prone to degenerative changes.Cervical spondylosis is a spinal disease caused by the combined action of cervical disc degeneration and cervical bone hyperplasia,resulting in compression of the cervical spinal cord and nerves.Sagittal balance of cervical vertebra plays an important role in cervical spondylosis,and maintaining its balance not only can maintain the stability of cervical vertebra,but also has great significance in the functional rehabilitation of the patients with cervical spondylosis.Cervical sagittal position parameters are not only objective indexes to record the physiological curvature changes of the cervical spine,but also a standard to evaluate the curvature changes of the cervical spine.It is necessary to correct the balance of cervical sagittal position parameters accurately and effectively during surgery.A comprehensive understanding of the application status of cervical sagittal position parameters in the treatment of cervical spondylosis can provide evidence support for the disease treatment.
