一种新型管路脉动压力激励装置及系统的研制

Development of a new excitation device and system for pipeline pulsating pressure

摘要 为试验研究火箭发动机液流部件或系统在脉动流态中的动态响应特性及可靠性问题,迫切需要一种装置来产生频率与幅值可控的脉动流。研制了一种新型脉动压力激励装置及系统,它由激励装置本体、磁力传动和控制系统等构成。激励系统设计了一种内置式旋转轮机构,转动时周期性通断管路,由此实现在管路中激励产生脉动压力;采用电磁感应传动装置实现无泄漏传递扭矩动力;自动控制转轮转速变化,实现脉动压力的频率变化控制。试验结果表明,激励装置系统在18 MPa的管路中,能产生频率为0~250 Hz的脉动压力激励,压力时域幅值超过7 MPa,分频幅值超过6.6 MPa。激励装置系统可通过调节流量、改变孔板孔径来调节脉动压力幅值,可通过改变转速来实现脉动压力的定频或扫频。所研制的激励装置系统运行时实现零泄漏,适用于高压、低温、有毒或易燃等介质环境,能有效解决某些特殊条件下管路脉动压力激励的实现问题。 In order to experimentally study the dynamic response characteristics and reliability issues of fluid flow components or systems of rocket engine in pulsating flow states,there is an urgent need for a device to generate pulsating flow with controllable frequency and amplitude.New type of pulsating pressure excitation device and system was developed,which consists of the excitation device body,magnetic transmission and control system.Built-in rotating wheel mechanism was designed,which periodically opens and closes the pipeline during rotation,thereby generating pulsating pressure in the pipeline.Electromagnetic induction transmission device was used for achieving leak free transmission of torque and power.By adopting automatic control of wheel speed changes,frequency variation control of pulsating pressure is achieved.The experiment shows that the excitation device system can generate pulsating pressure excitation with a frequency of 0-250 Hz in 18 MPa,with a pressure time domain amplitude exceeding 7 MPa and a frequency division amplitude exceeding 6.6 MPa.The excitation device system can adjust the amplitude of pulsating pressure by adjusting the flow rate and changing the aperture of the orifice plate.Two different excitation methods,fixed frequency or sweep frequency,can be achieved by changing the speed.The developed excitation device system achieves zero leakage during operation and is suitable for medium environments such as high pressure,low temperature,toxic or flammable environments.It can effectively solve the implementation problem of pipeline pulsation pressure excitation under special conditions.
