摘要
针对分布式光伏发电项目报建施工全流程业务进行深刻剖析,通过对分布式光伏发电项目涉及到的前期踏勘资料收集、隐蔽工程施工、总体工程施工、并网验收4个阶段的业务进行标准化重构、审批流程标准化,结合云计算、大数据、物联网、移动互联网、人工智能等新一代信息技术,搭建了智能化、信息化属性强的分布式光伏发电项目报建施工全流程数字化管理平台,以确保项目的高质量管理和建设。截至2024年9月,此类平台已为32个整县分布式光伏发电项目提供了服务,项目总装机容量达350万kW,并吸纳百余家工程承包商在平台进行项目的数字化协同管理。
This paper deeply analyzes the whole process of application and construction of distributed PV power generation projects.Through standardized reconstruction and approval process standardization of four stages of business for the early survey data collection,concealed project construction,overall project construction,and grid connection acceptance involved in distributed PV power generation projects,combined with cloud computing,big data,the Internet of Things,mobile internet,artificial intelligence and other new generation information technologies,a digital management platform for the whole process of application and construction of distributed PV power generation projects with strong intelligence and information attributes has been built to ensure high-quality management and construction of projects.As of September 2024,such platforms have provided services for thirty-two county-level distributed PV power generation projects,with total installed capacity of 3.5 GW,and have attracted more than one hundred engineering contractors for digital collaborative management of projects on the platform.
