摘要
基于区域内单站的逐日气象旱涝指数,通过具有明确物理意义的Boltzmann函数来求解某一区域在某一时间尺度下位于各个气象旱涝等级的逐日站数百分比累计概率分布,构建了可以反映区域气象旱涝强度的标准化区域气象旱涝强度指数(Regional meteorological Drought Intensity Index,RDI)和反映区域气象旱涝空间分布状态的标准化区域气象旱涝空间分布差异指数(Regional meteorological Drought variance Index,RDVI)。以构建河南省和江苏省月尺度的RDI和RDVI指数为例说明了区域气象旱涝指数的构建方法,并验证了两个指数的有效性。对于任一区域的不同空间尺度,两个指数可以从日尺度到年尺度乃至更长的时间尺度上进行计算。通过Boltzmann函数来构建RDI和RDVI指数的方法还具有很好的拓展应用性,其他气象干旱指数也可以采用本文方法来构建区域旱涝指数。
Using the daily meteorological drought index of each station in one region,the accumulative probability distribution of the number of stations for different drought and flood degree at one time scale was solved by the Boltzmann function,and the standardized regional meteorological drought intensity index and regional meteorological drought variance index were builded.The two indices characterize the intensity and the spatial distribution of regional meteorological drought.We explain the method to get the two indecies by computing them at monthly scale in Henan,and certificate the validity of the two indecies further.For different time scales,the two indecies can be computed from daily to yearly scale or even more longer scales.The other excellent feature of the two indices is that they can be applied to the others meteorological drought index.
