情景模拟案例教学法对提升中医专科护理能力的研究 被引量:8

摘要 目的探讨情景模拟案例教学法对提升在职护士中医专科能力的作用。方法选择130名新入职护士进行中医护理培训,按照数字表法随机分为对照组和试验组,每组65名。试验组采用情景模拟案例教学法,对照组采用传统教学法。通过临床实践考核和问卷调查,比较两组护士的中医专科护理能力及教学效果。结果试验组护士的中医专科护理能力明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(p=0.000);试验组护士对知识、能力、态度或情感3个维度教学质量的评价明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(p=0.000)。结论情景模拟案例教学法能够有效提升护士中医专科护理能力。 Objective To explore the effect of scenario simulation case study teaching on improving the Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) nursing capacity of on-the-job nurses. Methods A total of 130 new nurses were selected for TCM nursing training. They were randomly divided into control group(n=65) and experimental group(n=65) with the number table method. Scenario simulation case study teaching was adopted for the experimental group, and the traditional teaching method was adopted for the control group. Through the clinical practice assessment and questionnaire survey, the nursing ability and teaching effect of the two groups were compared. Results The TCM nursing capacity in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(p=0.000). Nurses’ evaluation of the teaching quality was better in the experimental group than in the control group in terms of knowledge, ability, and attitude or emotion, and the difference was statistically significant(p=0.000). Conclusion The scenario simulation case study teaching method can effectively improve the TCM nursing capacity.
