摘要
微海绵给药系统(MDS)可控制药物在皮肤特定部位的缓慢释放,显著增强药物疗效,减少皮肤局部用药产生的皮肤刺激性和全身不良反应。此外MDS还具有在较宽的pH和温度范围内结构稳定,与辅料相容性好,载药量高,易于产业化等显著优势,在皮肤病局部治疗中潜力巨大。本文介绍微海绵给药体系的释药机制和制备方法,综述其在细菌、真菌、炎症和过敏等多种皮肤疾病局部给药过程中的应用。
Microsponge delivery system(MDS) holds considerable potential in topical used controlled release drug into skin. Usually, MDS has higher efficiency, higher safety and fewer adverse effects. Moreover, it is found to be stable over wide p H and temperature range, compatible with most excipients, higher drug loading, easily to industrialize. This article provides a brief introduction of the release mechanism of MDS, and describes the application of MDS in varies of skin diseases topical drugs.
