摘要
根据城镇土地分等规程,研究了湖南省城镇土地分等的技术方法和流程,包括分等因素选择、权重确定、分值计算、最终等确定。针对湖南省情,提出了等别划分与等别调整的具体方案。研究结论对加强湖南省城镇土地管理、优化城镇空间布局、宏观控制城镇土地定级具有重要意义。
According to the rules of urban land graduation, the paper studies the technical method and process of the land grading in Hunan province, including grading factor selection, weight determination, score calculation, grade determination. According to the situation of Hunan Province, this paper puts forward a concrete scheme of classification and level adjustment. The research has important signifi cance to strengthen the management of urban land in Hunan Province, optimize the layout of urban space, and the macro control of urban land gradation.
