摘要
提出了一种新型超宽带平面魔T的实现方法。该魔T由一个超宽带90度移相器和一个超宽带3dB90度混合电桥构成,通过侧边耦合、宽边耦合等方式实现更宽的频带和更优的耦合度。通过ADS软件电路仿真以及HFSS软件进行三维建模,仿真结果达到设计指标。新型平面魔T的中心频率为8.85GHz,带宽为4.5 GHz^13.2GHz,相对带宽达到98%,幅度不平衡均小于0.8dB,相位不平衡度小于4度,驻波比小于1.4,隔离度大于20dB,尺寸仅为13mm×5mm×1.5 mm。
A new method to implement ultra-wide band planar magic-T in the paper was presented.The magic-T was composed of an ultra-wide band 90 degree phase shifter and an ultra-wide band 3 dB90 degree hybrid bridge.ADS software was used for circuit simulation and HFSS software was used for 3 D modeling,and the simulation results reached the design index.The central frequency of the new planar magic-T is 8.85 GHz,the bandwidth is 4.5 GHz^13.2 GHz,and the relative bandwidth reaches 89%.The amplitude unbalance is less than 0.8 dB,the phase unbalance is less than 4 degrees,the voltage standing wave ratio is less than 1.4,the isolation is more than 20 dB,The size of magic-T is only 13 mm×5 mm×1.5 mm.
