摘要
目的探究夹脊穴点刺放血治疗寻常型银屑病的临床疗效。方法选取佳木斯中医院皮肤科门诊收治的80例诊断明确的血热型银屑病患者为研究对象。行夹脊点刺放血治疗,每天1次,15 d为一个疗程,3个疗程后判定疗效。结果治疗后根据PASI评分标准判定疗效,临床治愈14例、显效45例、有效14例、无效7例,总有效率为91. 25%。结论夹脊穴点刺放血治疗寻常型银屑病可显著改善患者皮损症状,缩短疗程,具有临床安全性和广泛的应用性。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Jiaji acupoint pricking and bleeding in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris.Methods80 patients with blood-heat psoriasis were selected from the dermatology clinic of Jiamusi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Once a day,15 days was a course of treatment.After 3 courses of treatment,the curative effect was evaluated.Results According to PASI score,14 cases were cured,45 cases were markedly effective,14 cases were effective and 7 cases were ineffective.The total effective rate was91.25%.Conclusion Jiaji acupoint pricking and bloodletting treatment of psoriasis vulgaris can significantly improve the symptoms of skin lesions,shorten the course of treatment,and hasclinical safety and extensive application.
