摘要
目的观察中西医综合康复疗法对脑梗死恢复期气虚血瘀证患者生活质量的影响。方法将90例符合纳入标准和排除标准的脑梗死恢复期气虚血瘀证患者按随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组各45例,对照组给予西医常规药物治疗和康复训练,治疗组在西医常规药物治疗和康复训练基础上给予中西医综合康复疗法(包含中药汤剂、针灸、电脑中频电疗仪电刺激穴位及经颅电磁刺激治疗),比较2组治疗前后的脑卒中影响量表(SIS)及Barthel指数评分。结果 2组SIS积分与治疗前比较均有明显提高(P <0. 01);治疗后治疗组SIS积分与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 01)。2组Barthel指数积分与治疗前比较均有明显提高(P <0. 01);治疗后治疗组Barthel指数积分与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 01)。结论中西医综合康复疗法能显著提高脑梗死恢复期气虚血瘀证患者的生活质量,能显著提高患者的日常生活能力。
Objective To observe the integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine rehabilitation therapy for cerebral infarction convalescence patients with qi deficiency,blood stasis) the influence of quality of life. Methods 90 patients with cerebral infarction( qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome) that meet the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria were divided into the control group and the treatment group according to the random number table method,with 45 cases in each group. The control group was given routine drug treatment and rehabilitation training for western medicine,and the treatment group was given comprehensive rehabilitation therapy for traditional Chinese and western medicine( including TCM decoction,acupuncture,computer intermediate frequency electric stimulation acupuncture point and transcranial electromagnetic stimulation treatment) on the basis of traditional western medicine treatment and rehabilitation training. The scores of the cerebral stroke impact scale( SIS) and Barthel index before and after treatment was compared.Results The SIS integral were obviously improved compared with before treatment( P < 0. 01). After treatment,the SIS score of the treatment group was compared with the control group,and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 01). Two groups of integral Barthel index compared with before treatment were obviously improved( P < 0. 01). Barthel index score of the treatment group was compared with the control group,and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 01). Conclusion The comprehensive rehabilitation therapy of traditional Chinese and western medicine can significantly improve the quality of life of patients with cerebral infarction and recovery period( qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome),and can significantly improve patients’ daily life ability.
