摘要
在我国加入“WTO”和由于环境污染 ,果农不良栽培使许多果品成了有公害食品的新的情况下 ,运用生态学 ,生物学和系统工程学原理 ,高标准建设生态桔园 ,实行柑桔无公害栽培 ,开发柑桔绿色食品 ,就成了当今果品开发的必然选择。为此 ,我们以湖南柑桔主产区的东江库区为试验基地 ,按《绿色食品产地环境质量现状评价纲要》进行了大气、水质、土壤三大环境因子的监测评价 ,提出了桔园环境建设的具体措施 ,在此基础上研究解决了柑桔无公害栽培及绿色食品开发的配套技术 ,从而开发出了深受消费者欢迎并获国家农业博览会金奖、国家绿色食品证书的优质创汇果品 ,实现了生态环境和柑桔产业的协调可持续发展。
The trial plots are located in the Dongjiang Reservoir area, one of the leading Citrus production base areas in Hunan. Before planting the plots, the proposed sites were fully monitored and evaluated to identify the environmental quality in terms of the atmosphere, water and soil, following the Guidelines of Evaluating the Environmental Quality in the Green Food Production Areas. For the qualified sites, the multi-tier cropping system was introduced from the standpoint of ecological benefits, which helped to minimize the pest insect and disease problem, to maintain the soil fertility, and to upgrade the fruit quality. Other horticultural measures taken included terracing for erosion control, applying basal manure and lime for soil improvement, mulching the orchard floor with green manure for moisture and organic nutrients, proper tree training, pruning, and flower and fruit thinning for maximum production and quality. The Citrus fruit produced through this trial was awarded the Gold medal in the China National Agriculture Expo and granted the Certificate of Green food products.
