摘要
为探讨止痛合剂保留灌肠防治混合痔吻合器痔上黏膜环切术(PPH)术后早期肛门功能障碍的疗效,将160例混合痔PPH术后患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各80例,术后第2天开始,治疗组予以止痛合剂保留灌肠,对照组予以高锰酸钾溶液坐浴。对比2组术后15d内肛门失禁及排便困难发生率。结果显示,治疗组肛门失禁(3.75%)和排便困难(2.50%)发生率均明显低于对照组(16.25%,11.25%),差异均有统计学意义,P <0.05。结果表明,止痛合剂保留灌肠防治混合痔PPH术后早期肛门功能障碍效果良好,有助于减轻患者痛苦。
This study was to investigate the effect of anodyne mixture for retention enema in prevention&treatment of early anal dysfunction after PPH for mixed hemorrhoids,randomly divided 160 patients with mixed hemorrhoids who had received PPH into treatment group and control group,80 cases for each;from the 2 nd day then,the former received retention enema with anodyne mixture,meanwhile,the latter was given with PP solution for sitz bath;compared both groups’incidence of anus incontinence,and of dyschesia15 days later after surgery.As results,in the incidence of anal incontinence,and of dyschesia treatment group was all lower significantly than control group,there were statistical difference between the two groups(3.75%vs 16.25%,2.50%vs 11.25%;P<0.05).Results show that anodyne mixture for retention enema has better efficacy on preventing&treating early anal dysfunction after PPH for mixed hemorrhoids,and is helpful to alleviate the pain of patients.
