摘要
探讨苯酚的亚硝化反应极谱还原波的最佳形成条件及共存物质的影响,建立了用单扫描示波极谱法测定食品包装材料中游离苯酚的简便方法。在峰电位-0.47V(vs·SCE)处,苯酚的亚硝化产物二阶导数的峰高与苯酚浓度在0.02~0.8μg/10 mL呈良好的线性关系,苯酚的检出限为0.002 mg/L。与比色法相比,该法蒸馏时间缩短了2/3,取样量减少至1/40,不使用有机溶剂,每小时可分析30~40份样品。
The polarographic behavior of the nitrosophenol reaction product of phenol and 0.6 mol/L NaNO2 on the drop mercury eletrode was investigated in the boiling water bath and a sensitive reduction wave was obtained at-0.47V (vs·SCE). Under the optimum conditions, the detection limit and the linear ranger were 0.002 mg/L and 0.02-0.8 μg/10 mL for the free phenol, respectively. The proposed method was simple, rapid and 30-40 samples can be analyzed per hour. This method has been applied to the determination of the free phenol in food packaging materials with satisfactory results.
