摘要
研究了线结构激光测头测量中小尺寸零件的光带边缘效应问题 .分析表明 ,当光带宽度大于一个像素时 ,在被测零件的边缘部位就会产生测量误差 ,即边缘效应误差 .通过研究边缘效应误差的成因和特点 ,提出了采用分段平滑对光带边缘效应进行拟合修正的方法 .该方法通过分段、曲线段类型判别和拟合修正三个步骤对光带中心进行处理 ,以补偿边缘效应引起的误差 .对实测数据的处理结果表明 。
Analysis showed that when the laser stripe′s width was bigger than one pixel, measurement error occurred at the edge of inspected parts. This kind of measurement error was called edge effect error in this paper. By studying the factors of this edge effect and its characteristic, a piece wise smoothing method was presented to compensate the error caused by edge effect through processing the centroid of laser stripe in three steps: segmentation, curve segment identification and fitting with modification. The results showed that this method was effective and applicable.
