摘要
目的:探究基于PDCA循环的抗菌药物分级管理在预防抗菌药物滥用中的应用价值。方法:选取2021年1月—2022年8月实施常规抗菌药物管理期间五华县第二人民医院药剂科含抗菌药物的处方170份为对照组,选取2022年9月—2024年3月实施基于PDCA循环的抗菌药物分级管理期间本院药剂科含抗菌药物的处方190份为观察组。比较两组抗菌药物管理质量评分、不合理使用情况、不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组处方开具、药学服务、抗菌药物使用、药品保管评分及总分均高于对照组(P<0.001);观察组各类型抗菌药物不合理使用发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.001)。结论:在预防抗菌药物滥用中实施基于PDCA循环的抗菌药物分级管理方案,有利于提高抗菌药物管理质量,减少抗菌药物使用的不合理情况,降低患者用药后不良反应发生率。
Objective:To explore the application value of antibiotic classification management based on PDCA cycle in the prevention of antibiotic abuse.Methods:A total of one hundred and seventy prescriptions containing antibiotics in the pharmacy Department of Pharmacy,Wuhua County Second People's Hospital during the implementation of routine antibiotic management from January 2021 to August 2022 were selected as the control group.A total of one hundred and ninety prescriptions containing antibiotics in the Department of Pharmacy of the hospital were selected as the observation group during the implementation of the antibiotic classification management based on PDCA cycle from September 2022 to March 2024.The quality scores,irrational use and adverse reactions of antibiotics were compared between the two groups.Results:The scores of prescription,pharmaceutical care,use of antibiotics,drug storage and total score of observation group were higher than those of control group(P<0.001);the incidence of irrational use of antibiotics in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.001).Conclusion:In the prevention of abuse of antibiotics,the implementation of the antibiotic classification management based on PDCA cycle is conducive to improving the quality of antibiotics management,reducing the irrational use of antibiotics,and reducing the incidence of adverse reactions.
