摘要
神经母细胞瘤(NB)是儿童最常见的颅外实体肿瘤,发病率、复发率及死亡率均较高。核医学对于诊断及治疗NB至关重要。基于PET和SPECT的核医学分子影像可在分子层面为早期诊断、治疗NB及评估疗效等提供依据;基于放射性核素的靶向治疗可抑制或杀伤NB细胞而改善预后。本文就NB分子影像和放射性核素治疗现状进行述评。
Neuroblastoma(NB)is the most common extracranial solid tumor in children,with high incidence rate,recurrence rate and mortality.Nuclear medicine plays a crucial role in diagnosis and treatment of NB.Nuclear medicine molecular imaging based on PET and SPECT can provide molecular basis for early diagnosis,treatment and therapeutic effective evaluation of NB.Targeted therapy based on radionuclide can inhibit or kill NB cells and improve the prognosis.The current status of molecular imaging and radionuclide therapy of NB were reviewed in this article.
