摘要
针对目前创新创业育人体系存在的课程内容不完善、育人模式单一、学生学习被动、能力培养有待提高等问题,提出了“课-赛-创”三位一体协同育人新体系。以科教融合、产教融合、理实融合为建设理念,重构实验课程体系。依托国家级实验教学示范中心发挥研究型高校科研优势,将实验课程、学科竞赛、科创训练3类实践环节有机融合,分阶段层次化递进式培养本科生的工程应用能力、创新实践能力和科研能力,在实践教学中探索新工科人才育教融合新模式。
Regarding the current problems of innovation and entrepreneurship education system,such as monotone education mode,passive learning of students,and insufficient ability training,a new three-in-one collaborative education system of“course-competition-innovation”was proposed.With the concept of the integration of science and education,the integration of industry and education,and the integration of theory and practice as main theory,the experimental curriculum system is reconstructed.Relying on the national experimental teaching demonstration center,and given full play to the scientific research advantages of research-oriented universities,the three practical links of experimental courses were organically integrated,the discipline competitions and scientific and technological innovation training cultivate the applicative engineering ability,innovative practice ability and scientific research ability of undergraduates in a phased and hierarchical manner.This paper explores a new model of integration of education and practice of new engineering talents in practical teaching.
