摘要
露天煤炭开采过程中,需要人工对矿坑中的车辆进行计数,存在劳动强度大,计数不准确或遗漏等问题。研究通过在矿坑安装摄像头,结合先进的图像识别和智能算法,采用基于YOLOV5的目标检测模型和优化算法,对矿车特征和卸料行为进行动态识别,实现了对运输卸料的矿车进行自动识别和计数,提高了矿车车辆计数的准确性,降低了操作人员劳动强度,为露天选煤厂车辆管理提供智能化手段。
During open-pit coal mining,it is necessary to manually count the car cars and vehicles in the pit,which has problems such as high labor intensity,inaccurate or omitted counting.This research installs a camera in the mine buckle,combines advanced image recognition and intelligent algorithms,and adopts a target detection model and optimization algorithm based on YOLOV5 to dynamically identify the characteristics and unloading behavior of the mine car,realizing the automatic identification and counting of the mine car for transportation and unloading,which greatly improves the accuracy of the mine car counting,and greatly reduces the labor intensity of the operator,providing valuable reference and reference for the intelligent upgrade of the coal preparation plant.
