摘要
目的通过聚类分析和因子分析探索古籍治痢的用药特点和组方规律,为中医药防治溃疡性结肠炎提供临床参考和研究依据。方法文章检索并整理《中华医典》辞典条下“名方”中治疗痢疾方剂的组方用药,采用IBM SPSS Statistics 26软件对历代医家治疗痢疾方剂的高频药物进行聚类分析和因子分析。结果得到高频药物26味,归经以脾经为主,苦味药和温性药使用广泛,药效以理气药、健脾药和收涩药为多;通过聚类分析总结出可供临床治疗溃疡性结肠炎参考的5个方剂;采用因子分析表明治疗溃疡性结肠炎可配伍收湿生肌、燥湿解毒、理气导滞、健脾养血药物组方。结论利用聚类分析和因子分析对古籍治痢方药研究,对中医药防治溃疡性结肠炎的临床与科研具有借鉴价值。
Objective To explore the medication characteristics and prescription rules of treating dysentery in ancient books through cluster analysis and factor analysis,and provide clinical reference and research basis for the prevention and treatment of ulcerative colitis with traditional Chinese medicine.Methods Retrieve and organize the prescriptions for treating dysentery in the“Famous Formulas”section of the Zhong Hua Yi Dian.Use IBM SPSS Statistics 26 software to perform cluster analysis and factor analysis on high-frequency drugs used by medical practitioners in treating dysentery throughout history.Results 26 high-frequency drugs were obtained,with the spleen meridian as the main meridian regulating agent.Bitter and warm herbs were widely used,and the main medicinal effects were Qi regulating,spleen strengthening,and astringent herbs;Summarize 5 prescriptions for clinical treatment of ulcerative colitis through cluster analysis;The use of factor analysis indicates that the treatment of ulcerative colitis can be combined with herbal formulas that absorb dampness and promote muscle growth,dry dampness and detoxify,regulate Qi and promote stagnation,and nourish the spleen and blood.Conclusion The use of cluster analysis and factor analysis in the study of traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions for treating diarrhea has reference value for clinical and scientific research on the prevention and treatment of ulcerative colitis with traditional Chinese medicine.
