摘要
秦漢簡帛中寫法特殊的用爲“去”之字,舊多被誤釋爲所謂“■(徹)”,可據天回醫簡得到確釋。但其來源,尚待進一步研究。傳世與簡帛醫書中所謂“病愈”義的“知”,聯繫一般古書“知於身”等用例,可以得到統一解釋;諸“知”字本多即“知覺”“感知到”類常用義,“病愈”義係由之引申發展而來。
The character used as qu(去)with a special style of writing in the bamboo and silk manuscripts from the Qin and Han periods was often misinterpreted as che(■/徹)in the past.With insights gained from the Tianhui Medical Bamboo Slips,we now confirm that it is a unique variant of qu,although its origin still needs further research.In both handed-down medical texts and unearthed medical bamboo and silk manuscripts,the word zhi(知),meaning to recover(from an illness),can receive a consistent explanation in association with the phrase zhiyushen(知於身)in common ancient records.In most cases,the word zhi originally often means to be conscious or to perceive(something),from which the meaning of recovery is derived.
