摘要
在温度为350℃,压力为16.5 Mpa的含Cl-水中,对核电用GH4169板材U型弯曲样品进行应力腐蚀测试。采用扫描电子显微镜对样品表面形貌、断口形貌及裂纹形貌进行分析。结果表明:GH4169板材样品断裂特征为沿晶型+穿晶型断裂特征,表面及裂纹处的腐蚀产物主要为Ni,Cr和Fe的氧化物。材料中富含Mo或Mo,Nb的析出相的择优溶解促进了GH4169合金在Cl-环境中应力腐蚀裂纹萌生。在生产中可严格控制锻造温度、热处理温度范围和时间、冷却速度,控制材料析出相数量和种类,以进一步提高GH4169板材的耐腐蚀性能。
Stress corrosion tests were carried out on U-bend specimens of GH4169 plate for nuclear power in Cl-water at 350℃and 16.5 Mpa.The surface morphology,fracture morphology and crack morphology of the samples were analyzed by SEM.The results show that the fracture characteristics of GH4169 plate are IG+EG fracture characteristics,and the corrosion products on the surface and cracks are mainly oxides of Ni,Cr and Fe.The preferential dissolution of precipitates rich in Mo or Mo,Nb in the material promotes the stress corrosion crack initiation of GH4169 Alloy in Cl-environment.In production,the forging temperature,heat treatment temperature range and time,cooling rate,and the amount and type of precipitates can be strictly controlled to further improve the corrosion resistance of GH4169 plate.
