The growth and development of young teachers is related to the future and hope of a school.The school should take the following measures:attach great importance,and anchor the training goals of young teachers;sci-entifically coordinate and clarify the training content of young teachers;accurately guide and smooth the training path of young teachers;focus on practice and optimize the training strategy of young teachers;implement the five-aspect project for the training of young teachers driven by tasks.It is aimed to build a reasonably-structured team of high-caliber learning-oriented young teachers with noble professional ethics,superb professional competence,full vitality,scientific research ability and innovative spirit,to promote the high-quality development of school education and teaching.
