摘要
论文通过对原有预制叠合剪力墙连接方式进行改进,形成了EMC预制空心叠合剪力墙体系,该体系在墙体内部预埋波纹管,通过大直径钢筋套筒机械连接及分布钢筋间接搭接连接的方式,改变墙体内部及层间钢筋的连接形式,避免以往灌浆套筒连接施工工艺,有效加快施工进度;其次,EMC预制空心叠合剪力墙体系在波纹管内仅设单根钢筋,构件吊装对位方便,施工效率和施工质量大幅高。
This paper improves the connection method of the prefabricated composite shear wall by forming the EMC prefabricated hollow composite shear wall system.The system pre-installs corrugated pipes in the wall body and connects the steel bars through large diameter threaded steel bar connectors and distributed steel bars indirectly.This changes the connection form of the steel bars within and between layers,avoiding the previous grouted tube connection construction process and effectively accelerating the construction progress.Secondly,the EMC prefabricated hollow composite shear wall system only has one steel bar in the corrugated pipe,making it convenient to position the components during hoisting,greatly improving the construction efficiency and quality.
