摘要
目的分析中医护理模式用于脑梗死患者恢复期的效果。方法选取2022年6月至2023年6月长春市中医院脑病科收治的脑梗死恢复期患者80例,以随机数字表法分为两组,各40例。对照组接受常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上接受中医护理。对比以下量表评分情况:美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)、脑卒中生存质量量表(SS-QOL)、日常生活活动能力量表(ADL)、Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分法(FMA)。结果干预后,观察组患者NIHSS评分更低,ADL、SS-QOL、Fugl-Meyer评分均更高(P<0.05)。结论在脑梗死患者恢复期实施中医护理干预可促进患者神经功能修复,改善患者肢体运动功能,提高其生活自理能力及生活质量。
Objective Analyze the effectiveness of traditional Chinese medicine nursing mode in the recovery period of patients with cerebral infarction.Methods Selecting 80 patients in the recovery period of cerebral infarction admitted to the Brain Disease Department of Changchun Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from June 2022 to June 2023,and divide them into two groups using a random number table method,with 40 patients in each group.The control group received routine care,while the observation group received traditional Chinese medicine care on the basis of routine care.Compare two groups of National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)scores,Activities of Daily Living(ADL)scores,Stroke Quality of Life Scale(SS-QOL)scores,and Fugl Meyer Motor Function Assessment(FMA)scores.Results After intervention,the observation group had lower NIHSS scores and higher ADL,SS-QOL,and Fugl Meyer scores(P<0.05).Conclusions Implementing traditional Chinese medicine nursing interventions during the recovery period of stroke patients can promote the recovery of their limb motor function,reduce the degree of nerve damage,and improve their daily living activities and quality of life.
