β-环糊精改性壳聚糖复合材料的制备及吸附水中Cr(Ⅵ)的研究

摘要 实验采用戊二醛交联法将β-环糊精与壳聚糖反应,成功制备了β-环糊精改性壳聚糖复合材料,并将其应用于吸附和去除水中六价铬的研究。研究结果表明:溶液pH值对β-环糊精改性壳聚糖复合材料吸附六价铬的效果呈现先增后减的趋势,当溶液pH值=5时,吸附效果最佳;随着吸附反应温度升高,吸附容量呈增加趋势,当温度达到40℃时,呈现最大值,之后趋于平衡;反应时间的延长可使吸附容量增加,300 min以后可达到90%;溶液初始质量浓度控制在400 mg/mL,吸附位点饱和,容量达到最大值。通过动力学研究发现:吸附反应在4 h以后基本平衡,符合二级动力学模型。通过热力学研究表明:吸附过程适合用Langmuir等温吸附模型描述和分析。另外研究复合材料的再生和循环利用性能,发现其具有良好的再生与循环利用性能,重复洗脱7次后对六价铬的吸附容量仍在90%以上。由此表明,复合材料不仅具有稳定性,还能够显著提升对水溶液中六价铬的吸附能力,因此将在重金属水处理领域有广阔的应用前景。 The experiment used glutaraldehyde crosslinking method to react β-cyclodextrin with chitosan,successfully preparing β-cyclodextrin modified chitosan composite material,and applied it to the study of adsorption and removal of Cr(Ⅵ)in water.The research results indicate that the effect of solution pH on the adsorption of Cr(Ⅵ)by β-cyclodextrin modified chitosan composite materials shows a trend of first increasing and then decreasing.The adsorption effect is optimal when the solution pH value is 5.As the adsorption reaction temperature increases,the adsorption capacity shows an increasing trend.When the temperature reaches 40℃,it reaches its maximum value and then tends to equilibrium.Extending the reaction time can increase the adsorption capacity,which can reach 90% after 300 minutes.The initial concentration of the solution is controlled at 400 mg/mL,the adsorption sites are saturated,and the capacity reaches its maximum value.Through kinetic studies,it was found that the adsorption reaction reaches a basic equilibrium after 4 hours,which conforms to the second-order kinetic model.Thermodynamic studies have shown that the adsorption process is suitable for description and analysis using the Langmuir isotherm adsorption model.In addition,the regeneration and recycling performance of composite materials was studied,and it was found that they have good regeneration and recycling performance.After repeated washing for 7 times,the adsorption capacity for Cr(Ⅵ)is still above 90%.This indicates that composite materials not only have stability,but also significantly enhance their adsorption capacity for Cr(Ⅵ)in aqueous solutions,thus having broad application prospects in the field of heavy metal water treatment.
