菘蓝种质资源耐抽薹性评价及耐抽薹种质筛选

摘要 为了探讨菘蓝性状与抽薹之间的相关性,为耐抽薹菘蓝种质创新及优良品种选育提供理论依据。本研究以42份不同种源的菘蓝种质为研究对象,选用菘蓝抽薹相关的4个抽薹指标(现蕾期,开花期,结荚期,蕾期薹高)和3个农艺指标(株高,单根重,单株重)作为抽薹性评价指标,采用主成分分析、隶属函数法以及聚类分析法等对菘蓝种质进行耐抽薹性综合评价。基本统计分析表明,7个指标在不同材料间存在极显著差异(P<0.01);相关性分析表明,现蕾期、开花期和结荚期达极显著正相关(P<0.01),3个指标均可用来评价菘蓝种质耐抽薹性,其中开花期是最简单、高效的评价指标;42份种质的7个性状主成分分析结果表明,前2个主成分的累计贡献率达84.507%;采用隶属函数法将42份种质分为4个组,筛选耐抽薹种质15份,中等耐抽薹种质19份。田间性状聚类分析表明,42份种质被分为4个类群,第Ⅳ类群中种质均属于隶属函数法划分的耐抽薹等级,第Ⅱ类群中60%的种质属于隶属函数法划分的中等耐抽薹等级;说明隶属函数法和聚类分析法均能有效鉴定菘蓝种质的耐抽薹性;基于7个性状的聚类分析表明,在欧氏距离为13.5时,可将42份菘蓝种质分为4大类。 In order to explore the correlation between bolting and characters of Isatis indigotica,and to provide theoretical basis for germplasm innovation and fine variety breeding of Isatis indigotica,42 different provenances germplasm of Isatis indigotica were taken as the experimental materials.Four bolting indexes(budding stage,flowering stage,podding stage and bolt height)and three agronomic indexes(plant height,single root weight and single plant weight)were selected as the evaluation indexes of bolting resistance.Principal component analysis,membership function method and cluster analysis were used to comprehensively evaluate the bolting resistance of Isatis indigotica.The basic statistical analysis showed that there were very significant differences in 7 indexes among different materials(P<0.01);correlation analysis showed that there is a very significant correlation between budding stage,flowering stage and podding stage(P<0.01),which could be used to evaluate bolting tolerance of Isatis indigotica germplasm,and flowering stage was the most simple and efficient evaluation index;principal component analysis of 7 characters of 42 Isatis indigotica germplasm showed that the cumulative contribution rate of the first two principal components was 84.507%;the 42 germplasm were divided into 4 groups by membership function method,and 15 germplasm with bolting resistance and 19 germplasm with medium bolting resistance were screened.Cluster analysis of field characters showed that 42 germplasms were divided into 4 groups.In groupⅣ,all the germplasms belonged to bolting tolerance grade by membership function method,while in groupⅡ,60%of the germplasms belonged to medium bolting tolerance grade;the results showed that both membership function method and cluster analysis method could effectively identify bolting tolerance of Isatis indigotica germplasm;cluster analysis based on 7 characters showed that 42 Isatis indigotica germplasms could be divided into 4 groups when euclidean distance was 13.5.
