人机混合智能驱动的产品创新设计评价决策研究进展及发展趋势

Research status and development trends on evaluation and decision-making for product innovative design driven by man-machine hybrid intelligence

摘要 设计环境的快速变化和设计需求的日益复杂,使得当前的产品创新设计过程变得更加难以把控。作为实现人类智能与人工智能优势互补的新型智能模式,人机混合智能为产品创新设计评价决策带来了新的机遇。通过人机混合智能驱动产品创新设计评价决策,可以精准应对设计过程中的动态发展因素,从而在众多设计方案中筛选出最优解。系统梳理了人机混合智能驱动的产品创新设计评价决策中的相关概念,聚焦于设计评价决策流程,围绕设计问题的约束满足求解、设计主体的口语语义分析、设计数据的多模态感知融合、设计知识的跨域搜索迁移、设计方案的交互优化决策等关键技术,深入分析了概念原理方案验证与协同虚拟产品评价、结构形态意向设计与多模感性产品评价、创新设计要素提取与智能协同方案演化和产品创新方案寻优与人机交互群智决策等方面的研究现状与应用场景。针对当前人机混合智能驱动的产品创新设计评价决策中存在的人机认知差异、意识性与形式化连接难题、休谟因果伦理问题等,指出了未来的研究方向,为该领域的进一步发展提供参考。 The rapid changes of design environment and the increasing complexity of design requirements make the current product innovation design process more difficult to control.As a new mode that combines the advantages of human intelligence and artificial intelligence,human-machine hybrid intelligence brings new opportunities for the evaluation and decision-making of product innovation design.Through product innovation design evaluation and decision-making driven by human-machine hybrid intelligence,the dynamic developing factors in the design process can be handled to select the optimal solution from many design schemes.The basic concepts in human-machine hybrid intelligence-driven evaluation and decision-making of product innovation design were systematically summed up.Focusing on its design evaluation and decision-making process,the related key technologies including constraint satisfaction solution of design problems,spoken language semantic analysis of design subjects,multi-modal perception fusion of design data,search and migration of design knowledge and optimization decision-making of design schemes were presented.The research status and application scenarios of conceptual principle scheme verification and collaborative virtual product evaluation,structural form intention design and multi-modal product evaluation,innovative design elements extraction and intelligent collaborative scheme evolution,as well as product innovation scheme optimization and human-computer interaction swarm intelligent decision-making were deeply analyzed in this field.Aiming at the cognition differences between human and smart machines,the connection difficulties the between consciousness and formalization,as well as the causal ethics,the future research directions of the evaluation and decision-making of product innovation design driven by human-machine hybrid intelligence were pointed out to provide guidance for the further development of this field.
