摘要
不孕症受生活、生理及病理因素的影响,患病率逐渐上升。排卵障碍、输卵管因素、子宫内膜因素、男方因素等均可导致不孕症,现代医学可通过激素类药物或手术等方式治疗,但存在激素类药物依赖性高、远期并发症增加等弊端。因此,中医学在不孕症的诊治中凸显出优势。中医学认为“肾-天癸-冲任-胞宫”轴的功能协调是保证妊娠的前提,基于肾为先天之本,肾主生殖,肾阳为一身之本的理论,从整体观出发,辨证论治,个体化诊治,配合现代医学技术的精确诊断,可以早期发现疾病,并进行有效干预和治疗,延缓及预防疾病的进展。中医学治疗不孕症,通过辨证遣方用药,组方以补肾为主,兼以疏肝解郁、益气健脾、活血化瘀等,配合针灸、穴位敷贴、电刺激等方式治疗,具有不良反应小、便捷经济、患者依从性高等优点。金凤丸由淫羊藿、鹿茸等中药组成,以补肾为主,兼以活血疏郁、健脾益气。多项研究提示,金凤丸有补肾助阳、调经助孕之效,体现在协调“下丘脑-垂体-卵巢轴”激素水平,促进子宫内膜增生修复,改善盆腔组织器官血液循环等方面,保证了月经周期恢复、卵泡生长、发育、成熟、排卵,提高子宫内膜容受性,故临床上金凤丸有助于辅助备孕、生殖。
Infertility is affected by life,physiological and pathological factors,and the prevalence rate is increasing gradually.IOvulation disorders,fallopian tube factors,endometrial factors and male factors can all lead to infertility,which can be treated by hormone drugs or surgery,but there are drawbacks such as high dependence on hormone drugs and increased long-term complications.Therefore,traditional Chinese medicine has highlighted its advantages in the diagnosis and treatment of infertility.Traditional Chinese medicine believes that the functional coordination of the“Kidney-Tiangui-Chongren-Uterine axis”is the premise of ensuring pregnancy.Based on the theory that the kidney is the root of the congenital,the kidney governs reproduction,and the kidney-yang is the root of Yangqi(阳气)of the body,from a holistic perspective,syndrome differentiation and treatment,individualized diagnosis and treatment,combined with the accurate diagnosis of modern medical technology can detect diseases early,carry out effective intervention and treatment,delay and prevent the progress of diseases.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)is used to treat infertility through syndrome differentiation and prescription medication,which mainly focuses on tonifying the kidney,soothing the liver and relieving depression,supplementing Qi and invigorating the spleen,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,combined with acupuncture,acupoint application and electrical stimulation.It has the advantages of less adverse reactions,convenience,economy and high patient compliance.Jinfeng pills(金凤丸)is composed of Chinese herbs such as Yinyanghuo(Herba fulmedium)and Lurong(pilose antler),which is mainly used to tonify the kidney,and it is also used to invigorate blood circulation,relieve depression,invigorate spleen and invigorate Qi.Many studies have shown that Jinfeng pills has the effect of tonifying kidney and assisting Yang,regulating menstruation and assisting pregnancy,which is reflected in coordinating the hormone levels of“hypothalamic-pituitary-ovarian”axis,stimulating and promoting endometrial hyperplasia and repair,improving the blood circulation of pelvic tissues and organs,ensuring the recovery of menstrual cycle,follicle growth,development,maturation,ovulation,and improving endometrial receptivity.Therefore,Jinfeng pills is helpful to assist pregnancy preparation and reproduction in clinic.
