基于球谐重构的机制砂颗粒三维形貌特征研究

摘要 基于三维扫描技术结合球谐函数对不同破碎方式生产的机制砂三维形貌进行了表征,验证了精确化球谐的合理重构参数,计算了机制砂伸长度、扁平度、球形度、棱角度以及分形维数等三维形貌特征参数,分析了破碎方式对机制砂三维形貌特征参数的影响。结果表明:球谐重构精度与重构最大展开级数N值呈显著正相关,以颗粒表面积误差调控级数N的取值可取得较好的机制砂形貌表征效果;就破碎方式而言,立轴式冲击破碎生产的机制砂整体粒形较好,球形或扁球形整体占比74.0%,分形维数较低,球形度较高以及棱角度较低。立轴式冲击破碎生产的机制砂整体形貌特征优于反击式破碎,建议优先选择立轴式冲击破碎方式生产机制砂。 For precisely characterize the three-dimensional morphological characteristics of manufactured sand and analyze the three-dimensional morphological parameters of manufactured sand,based on 3D scanning technology and spherical harmonic reconstruction function,the morphologies of manufactured sand produced by different crushing methods were characterized,and the appropriate reconstruction parameters to ensure the accuracy of spherical harmonic reconstruction were verified.The shape characteristics of manufactured sand,including elongation length,flatness,sphericity,edge angle,and fractal dimension,were calculated to assess the grain shape of manufactured sand.Furthermore,the impact of crushing methods on the morphology characteristic parameters of manufactured sand was analyzed.The results demonstrate that spherical harmonic reconstruction can effectively characterize the morphology of manufactured sand with its accuracy significantly positively correlated with the reconstructed N value.By controlling the reconstructed N value through particle surface area error management approach,a more accurate characterization of manufactured sand morphology can be achieved.In terms of crushing method comparison between impact crushing and vertical shaft impact crushing techniques for producing manufactured sand;it is observed that overall grain shape quality is superior in case of vertical shaft impact crushing where 74%proportion consists either spherical or oblate-spherical grains along with lower fractal dimension values indicating higher sphericity and reduced edge angles compared to those obtained from impact crushing technique.Consequently,it is recommended to prioritize vertical shaft impact crushing for efficient production of high-quality manufactured sand.
