摘要
目的 基于临床照护分类系统设计老年住院患者护理会诊信息化平台,进行临床应用并评价效果,为提高老年住院患者护理质量提供借鉴。方法 根据临床实际,组建老年护理会诊专家库,明确会诊专家职责与会诊流程,基于临床照护分类系统并结合需求,设计包含患者信息自动抓取、会诊专家智能推荐、会诊时间提醒、会诊结果评价与反馈等功能的老年住院患者护理会诊信息化平台。平台于2023年1月1日开始运行,比较平台使用前后护理会诊质量管理指标和会诊满意度。结果 使用平台后,老年住院患者护理会诊及时率、会诊记录规范率均高于使用平台前(P<0.05),患者护理会诊满意度、会诊申请科室护士对平台使用满意度均高于使用平台前(P<0.05)。结论 基于临床照护分类系统的老年住院患者护理会诊信息化平台的使用进一步规范了护理会诊流程,提升了护理会诊质量,提高了患者满意度,具有一定的临床推广使用价值。
Objective To design a nursing consultation information platform for elderly inpatients based on Clinical Care Classification(CCC),apply and evaluate its effectiveness,and provide reference for improving the nursing quality of elderly inpatients.Methods Based on clinical practice,it established a database of elderly nursing consultation experts,clarified the responsibilities and consultation processes of consultation experts,designed an elderly inpatient nursing consultation information platform based on CCC and combined with needs,including automatic patient information retrieval,intelligent recommendation of consultation experts,consultation time reminders,consultation result evaluation and feedback,and other functions.The platform started operating on 1st January 2023,comparing the quality management indicators and consultation satisfaction of nursing consultations before and after the platform's use.Results After using the platform,the timeliness rate and standardization rate of nursing consultations of elderly hospitalized patients were higher than those before using the platform(P<0.05).The satisfaction of patient nursing consultations and the consultation application department with the platform of nurses were higher than before using the platform(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of the nursing consultation information platform for elderly inpatients based on CCC further standardizes the nursing consultation process,improves the quality of nursing consultations,and enhances patient satisfaction,which has certain clinical promotion and use value.
