中国自主化接触网研发关键技术及在雅万高铁应用

Research and Development of Key Technologies for China’s Autonomous Catenary System and Its Application in the Jakarta-Bandung High-Speed Railway

摘要 为解决我国接触网系统自主化核心技术缺失和复杂严苛运营场景下服役性能不高等难题,提出“速度-参数-性能”匹配的自主化接触网主要技术参数,研制环境适应性强、可靠性高、使用寿命长的腕臂定位装置等关键装备,搭建高质量、高精度、高效率的智能预配平台,形成体系完整、结构合理、具有完全自主知识产权的接触网技术与装备标准体系,并通过了线路试验验证。结合雅万高铁,开展了自主化接触网针对性设计,并获得成功应用。结果表明:中国自主化接触网关键技术与装备可有力保障电气化铁路的安全、高效、经济运行,成为中国高铁首次全系统、全要素、全产业链在海外落地的典范,为持续巩固我国铁路世界领先地位、助力国家“交通强国”和“一带一路”等重大战略实施和铁路安全运行提供了技术支撑。 To address the problems of the lack of core autonomous technology for the catenary system in China and the low service performance under the complex and demanding operational scenarios,the main technical parameters for China’s autonomous catenary system with“Speed-Parameter-Performance”matching are proposed.The key equipment,such as cantilever structures and positioning devices with strong environmental adaptability,high reliability and long service life,are developed;an intelligent pre-configuration platform with high quality,high accuracy and high efficiency is built;and a comprehensive,well-structured catenary technology and equipment standard system with full independent intellectual property rights having passed the line test verification,is established.Applying to the Jakarta-Bandung High-Speed Railway,the targeted design of China’s autonomous catenary system has been successfully implemented.The results show that the key technologies and equipment of China’s autonomous catenary system can effectively ensure the safe,efficient and economic operation of electrified railways,and serve as the pioneering example of high-speed railway technology,fully realized in terms of system,factors,and industrial chain overseas.It provides technical support for continuously consolidating the leading position of China Railway in global railway technology,facilitating the implementation of major national strategies such as“Building a Country with Strong Transportation Network”and the“Belt and Road Initiative”,and ensuring the safe operation of the railways.
