桥梁船撞安全监测与评估软件系统研究

摘要 随着经济建设的快速发展和内河航运的日益繁荣,船舶大型化和航道拥挤导致了桥梁的船撞风险显著增加。为了有效预防和减少船桥碰撞事故,现基于桥梁的主动防撞理念,开发了一套桥区通航安全监测与评估的集成软件系统。该系统能够实现船舶航行碰撞预警、桥梁损伤评估、通航信息记录和信息发布等功能。且通过采用先进的监测技术和数学模型,系统能够预测船舶轨迹,评估船舶与桥梁的碰撞风险,为桥梁安全管理提供科学依据。 With the rapid development of economic construction and the increasing prosperity of inland waterway transportation,the risk of bridge-ship collision has significantly increased due to the large-scale ships and channel congestion.To effectively prevent and reduce ship-bridge collision accidents,this study has developed an integrated software system for monitoring and assessment of bridge area navigation safety based on the concept of active anti-collision of bridges.The system provides capabilities such as ship navigation collision early warning,bridge damage assessment,navigation information recording,and information release.Utilizing advanced monitoring technologies and mathematical models,the system can predict ship trajectories and assess the collision risk between ships and bridges,providing a scientific basis for bridge safety management.
