摘要
当前我国中小学生法治教育已初步构建起涵盖组织领导机制、制度保障体系、课程结构设置、教学策略优化以及社会实践活动等多维度内容的实施框架,但仍存在教育形式化、课程无序化、实践活动虚浮化等问题。为此,应在整体上探索中小学法治教育新的范式与路径:依托社会力量,组建中小学法治教育联盟,应对教育形式化问题;通过一体化设计法治教育课程内容与方式,应对法治教育课程无序化问题;挖掘法治教育课外活动价值内涵,解决法治教育实践活动虚浮化问题。
In today′s China,the implementation framework of law-based education for primary and secondary school students has been preliminarily constructed,covering the multi-dimensions of organizational leadership mechanism,institutional guarantee system,curriculum structure setting,teaching strategy optimization,and social practice activities.However,there are still some problems such as the formalization of education,disorder of curriculum and absence of practices.Therefore,we should explore the new paradigm and path of law-based education in primary and secondary schools as a whole approach,which include relying on social forces to establish an alliance for law-based education to deal with the problem of education formalization;adopting an integrated design of the contents and modes of legal curriculum to tackle with the disorder of legal education curriculum;discovering more value connotation of extra-curricular activities,so as to solve the absence of practical activities of law-based education.
