摘要
基于中医“伏火理论”,对糖络病的病因、病机及相关证治进行论述,认为“伏邪理论”贯穿于糖络病的始终,其中以“伏火”最为重要。临床当从虚证、实证、兼证入手,分型论治糖络病,从而提高临床疗效,改善患者的生活质量。
On the foundation of"latent fire theory"in TCM,we state the causes,the pathogenesis,syndromes and treatment of diabetes mellitus(DM),"hidden pathogen theory"exists throughout the disease,among which,"latent fire"is the most important.We start from the deficiency pattern,the excess pattern and the accompanying symptoms clinically,and differentiate the types and treatment of DM,so as to improve curative effects and the quality of life of the patients.
