摘要
目的:探讨头孢哌酮他唑巴坦钠联合维生素B1治疗急性化脓性阑尾炎合并穿孔患者的效果。方法:选取普宁市人民医院2022年1月—2024年1月进行手术治疗的85例急性化脓性阑尾炎合并穿孔患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组(n=40)和观察组(n=45)。对照组采用头孢哌酮他唑巴坦钠治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合维生素B1肌内注射和足三里穴位注射治疗。对比两组并发症发生率、生化指标、时间指标和胃肠功能恢复情况。结果:两组术后并发症发生率对比,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。术后3 d,两组白细胞计数、肌酐水平降低,白蛋白水平升高(P<0.05);术后3 d,两组白细胞计数、白蛋白、肌酐水平对比,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。观察组肠鸣音恢复时间、肛门排气时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组肠道功能总恢复率高于对照组(P=0.001)。结论:急性化脓性阑尾炎合并穿孔术后使用头孢哌酮他唑巴坦钠联合维生素B1治疗,可以有效降低并发症发生率,改善患者的胃肠功能。
Objective:To investigate the effect of cefoperazone tazobactam sodium combined with vitamin B1 in the treatment of acute suppurative appendicitis complicated with perforation.Methods:Eighty-five patients with acute suppurative appendicitis complicated with perforation who underwent surgical treatment in Puning People's Hospital from January 2022 to January 2024 were selected as the study objects,and were randomly divided into control group(n=40)and observation group(n=45).The control group was treated with cefoperazone tazobactam sodium,and the observation group was treated with intramuscular injection of vitamin B1 and Zusanli point injection on the basis of the control group.The complication rate,biochemical index,time index and gastrointestinal function recovery were compared between the two groups.Results:There was no significant difference in the incidence of postoperative complications between the two groups(P>0.05).On the 3 days after operation,white blood cell count and creatinine level were decreased,albumin level was increased in both groups(P<0.05);3 days after operation,there were no significant differences in the levels of white blood cell count,albumin and creatinine between the two groups(P>0.05).Bowel sound recovery time and anal exhaust time in observation group were shorter than those in control group(P<0.05).The total recovery rate of intestinal function in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P=0.001).Conclusion:Cefoperazone and tazobactam sodium combined with vitamin B1 can effectively reduce the incidence of complications and improve the gastrointestinal function of patients with acute suppurative appendicitis complicated with perforation.
