摘要
目的基于热流固耦合分析LNG三层壁储罐在运行基准地震作用下,其内罐结构的受力和形变问题。方法首先,对LNG三层壁全容罐的初始数据与内罐壁厚度进行设计;其次,分析储罐传热问题,并对外罐与中罐之间的保冷结构进行布置,利用ANSYS APDL对内罐壁进行温度场仿真;再次,对储罐动力学以及流固耦合问题进行分析,根据地震反应谱设计出特定的运行基准地震(OBE)反应谱,并对储罐模型进行质点简化计算和模态分析;最后,利用ANSYS软件将静载荷分析、热分析和响应谱分析使用SRSS组合,进行工况组合分析。结果水平OBE作用造成内罐的最大位移为7.83 mm;法向应力的最大值为31.310 MPa;竖向OBE作用造成内罐的最大位移为6.42 mm;法向应力的最大值为13.576 MPa。结论在考虑热流固耦合的基础上得到的水平OBE作用应力最大处位于垂直于地震作用方向上的主容器两侧下部并平行于地震方向两侧的锚固带处;竖向OBE作用应力最大处位于穹顶和外罐壁交接处,以及罐壁底部的环形空间。
Objectives Based on thermal fluid-structure coupling,the stress and deformation of the inner tank structure of the LNG three-layer wall storage tank under the action of operational baseline earthquakes(OBE)was analysed.Methods Firstly,the initial data of the LNG three-layer full-capacity tank and the thickness of the inner tank wall were designed.Secondly,the heat transfer problem of the storage tank was analyzed,and the cold insulation structure between the outer tank and the middle tank was arranged,and the temperature field simulation of the inner tank wall was carried out by ANSYS APDL.Thirdly,the tank dynamics and fluid-structure coupling problems were analyzed.A specific OBE response spectrum was designed based on the seismic response spectrum,and the storage tank model was constructed by simplified particle calculation and modal analysis.Fourthly,using ANASY software,the static load analysis,thermal analysis and response spectrum analysis for operation modes combination were analyzed with the square root sum of squares(SRSS)combination.Results The maximum displacement of the inner tank caused by horizontal OBE seismic action is 7.83 mm,the maximum normal stress is 31.310 MPa,the maximum displacement of the inner tank caused by vertical OBE seismic action is 6.42 mm,and the maximum normal stress is 13.576 MPa.Conclusions On the basis of considering the thermal fluid-structure coupling,the maximum seismic stress of horizontal OBE is located at the anchorage zone perpendicular to the seismic direction,and the lower part of the two sides of the main vessel is parallel to the two sides of the seismic direction.The maximum seismic stress of vertical OBE is located at the junction of the dome and the outer tank wall and the annular space at the bottom of the tank wall.
