Microbial mineralization is a common natural phenomenon.In recent years,the technology of inducing CaCO3 precipitation through urea hydrolyzing bacteria,represented by Sporosarcina pasteurii,has become widespread in various engineering fields such as soil stabilization,dust control,concrete crack repair,and the restoration of stone cultural relics(Wang,Konstantinou,Tang,&Chen,2023).
