基于传感器技术的石油管道实时监测研究

Research on real-time monitoring of oil pipelines based on sensor technology

摘要 为提高石油管道实时监测的灵敏度和精度,以聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)和聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(PET)为原材料,制备了一种压电传感器,并将其应用于石油管道实时监测。试验结果表明,所制备的压电传感器压电性能受电晕极化间距、极化时间、极化电压参数的影响,当极化间距为1 cm,极化时间为10 min,极化电压为8 kV时,所制备的传感器压电系数最大,为18.25 pC/N,且具有较高的灵敏性和复用性。将所制备的传感器应用于石油管道实时监测,其监测时间差为-0.0001 s,对管道泄漏点的定位误差为0.03%,可实现准确的石油管道实时监测,有效提高了石油管道实时监测的灵敏度和精度。 To improve the sensitivity and accuracy of real-time monitoring of oil pipelines,a piezoelectric sensor was prepared using polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF)and polyethylene terephthalate(PET)as raw materials,and applied to real-time monitoring of oil pipelines.The experimental results showed that the piezoelectric performance of the prepared piezoelectric sensor was influenced by the corona polarization distance,polarization time,and polarization voltage parameters.When the polarization distance was 1cm,polarization time was 10 min,and polarization voltage was 8 kV,the piezoelectric coefficient of the prepared sensor was the highest,which was 18.25 pC/N,and it had high sensitivity and reusability.The prepared sensor was applied to real-time monitoring of oil pipelines,the monitoring time difference was-0.0001 s,and a positioning error of pipeline leakage points was 0.03%,which can realize accurate real-time monitoring of oil pipelines and effectively improve the sensitivity and accuracy of real-time monitoring of oil pipelines.
