煤矸石自燃特征及注浆防灭火技术应用

Analysis of coal gangue spontaneous combustion characteristics and application of fire prevention and extinguishing technology with grouting

摘要 保德煤矿排矸场煤矸石发生自燃,严重威胁煤矿生产以及污染大气环境。通过程序升温气相色谱联用技术得到了煤矸石样品在不同氧气氛围下的氧化反应特征。实验表明,氧气浓度与温度的下降可有效减缓煤矸石自燃程度,降低其自然发火可能,从而为现场防灭火治理提供理论依据。对煤矸石山火区采用注浆防灭火技术进行治理,工程试验结果表明,孔内浆液扩散半径大于10 m;采用立体注浆灭火方法可有效阻止深部区域漏风,对深部区域降温明显,区内大部分区域温度已降至50℃以下,火区治理成效显著。 The spontaneous combustion of coal gangue in the gangue discharge field in Baode Coal Mine seriously threatens the production of coal mine and pollutes the atmosphere environment.The oxidation reaction characteristics of gangue samples under different oxygen atmospheres were obtained by combination of programmed temperature and gas chromatography technology.The experiment showed that the decrease of oxygen concentration and temperature could effectively decrease the degree and possibility of gangue spontaneous combustion,thus providing a theoretical basis for on-site fire prevention and extinguishing.The fire prevention and extinguishing technology with grouting was used to control the fire area of gangue dump.The engineering test results showed that the diffusion radius of slurry in grouting holes was greater than 10 m,the fire extinguishing method with 3D grouting could effectively prevent air leakage and significantly reduce the temperature in the deep area,and the temperature in most areas had dropped below 50℃,and the control effect of the fire area was remarkable.
