摘要
为解决建井过程中可能遇到的问题,探讨了信息化监测技术在建井期间的应用,并探索其在工程领域中的应用价值。详细描述了信息化监测技术在建井期间的应用,通过对围岩、井壁含水层壁间及壁后水压、围压和温度等参数进行全龄期实时监测,揭示了井壁混凝土全龄期热力演化规律,并获得了井壁热力参数变化与施工工艺的相互关系。在葫芦素煤矿西翼风井的实践应用中,利用信息化监测技术及时发现了混凝土井壁拉应变的极限值,为壁后注浆施工的控制方面提供了重要数据参考。
In order to solve the problems that may be encountered in the process of mine shaft construction,the application of informatization monitoring technology during mine shaft construction was discussed,and its application value in the engineering field was explored.The application of informatization monitoring technology during mine shaft construction was described in detail.Through real-time monitoring of the parameters of surrounding rock,water pressure,confining pressure and temperature between and behind the wall,the whole-age thermal evolution law of the shaft wall concrete was revealed,and the interrelationship between the changes of the shaft wall thermal parameters and the construction technology was obtained.In the practical application of the west wing wind shaft of Hulusu Mine,the limit value of the tensile strain of the concrete wall was found in time by using the informatization monitoring technology,which provided an important data reference for the control of the grouting construction behind the wall.
